ETIHAD AIRLINES UAE DUBAI (MANAGER JOB VACANCY)
The Manager Cabin Crew Engagement will be responsible for the tasks leading and managing a team of Engagement Managers to deliver in best flight service. He have to work with Head Of In-Flight Performance and Operations they will be accountable for the overall design and implementation of an engagement strategy. They will motivate and develop the team to consistently deliver the “Etihad Brand” experience via the in flight service experience.
Candidate have to Design an engagement strategy that will build loyalty within the crew community.
Applicant must Lead a team of managers in the implementation of the strategy, ensuring that effective measures are in place to track improvements.
Candidate must Oversee and implement career progression modules ensuring both personal and career development plans in place.
Applicant must built up the engagement managers, ensure that all aspects of the service is delivered as required, safety standards are maintained and that the corporate image of Etihad Airways is reflected consistently on every Etihad flight.
Use guest NPS scores to determine areas of improvement in the guest experience and develop and implement strategies to develop them.
He have to ensures that all GCAA legislation and international safety and security standards are consistently maintained through close liaison with Manager Cabin Safety Procedures.
Manager Cabin Crew Operations to ensure that effective performance management processes are in place and in line with corporate policies and procedures.
He must ensures that the team develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and champion the crew voice back to the business – training, service delivery, guest relations, HR, EAMC etc.
He also give investigation and evaluation of any incidents and shortfalls in cabin crew performance including safety and service issues in line with company policy and best practice.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Degree from a recognized university or professional qualification in business and people management is desired by the applicant.
Candidate must have minimum of 10 years’ experience in the service industry.
Applicant must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a people management role is vital.
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
Experience as managing cabin crew is preferred.
TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE
MS Office & administration skills/ MS Office, AIMS.
High knowledge of computer Literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Office applications).
Fluent in English language – exceptional communication skills.
